NEW MODELS FROM KALE ÇELİK KAPI Kale Çelik Kapı (Kale Steel Doors), which enjoys a generic term status in doors industry due to its production that does not compromise on quality and guarantee, will display its 5 new steel door models of K73, K78, K79, K80 and K81 for the first time in the Construction 2009. “KALE STEEL SHUTTER SYSTEM”: THE FIRST OF ITS KIND IN TURKEY Kale Çelik Eşya (Kale Steel Goods) will exhibit its newly-developed product “Kale Steel Shutter System”, which will be the first of its kind in Turkey aiming at window security. Kale Steel Shutter System provides complete security to seasonal residences such as summer resort houses and villas and to ground floors of buildings. It eliminates all disadvantages of iron bars by replacing them with a new system which has an aesthetic appearance and easy to use. The inner body is made of steel and exterior is PVC coated which is not affected by rain, humidity, wind, heat, etc. Having various color alternatives, Kale Steel Shutter System, once closed completely, prevents heat losses from windows during winter months thanks to the built-in insulation material.
LIFE IS EASIER WITH KALE X5 OTOMAT “End to carrying keys” Kale Kilit Dış Ticaret (Kale Kilit Foreign Trade) further developed and brought a new dimension to the Kale Kilit automatic lock for main entrance doors. Now such doors can be operated by cards instead of keys by using this new technology. While using Kale X5 Otomat, all you need to do to open a door is to get your wallet or purse near it. This automatic card offers a completely new comfort to your life by opening your doors within a flashing moment of 1 second from a distance of about 3-7 cm with its specific antenna device that is fitted near the rosette on the card. Kale X5 Otomat Card or X5 key may be identified to 50 different automatic keys. Users may use the same card at all systems operated by Mifare cards. X5 card and X5 key are coded by Kale specifically in order to attain maximum security. Other cards or keys to be obtained from other sources can not be identified to the system. Security of the card technology operating via RF radio frequency has been tested and approved in VISA laboratories. Rosette on the outer surface of the Kale X5 Otomat which has a stainless steel case has IP 56 protection, which means the card will be damage-proof against external influences, factors and risks such as rain, snow, moisture, etc. KALE KİLİT AUTOMATIC BLOCKAGE SYSTEM (ABS) “It’s all over for false keys” In this lock system developed by Kale Kilit, as soon as the doors are tried to be opened by bumping, automatic blockage system steps in and the system blocks itself instantly. Security halter pins inside the core fix the mechanism in operation within the core of the lock, hence making it impossible for the lock to be opened. Kale Kilit Automatic Blockage System (ABS) has an extra 16 security halter pins in addition to the normal pins. Pins are made of automat steel, springs are made of phosphorus-bronze alloy, and the case is made of brass with special anti-corrosion coating. There are three models: high security, system and standard cylinders. KALE TURKUAZ ALUMINUM TILT&TURN SYSTEM “Durable, functional and extra-secure for children” Designed by Kale Kapı Pencere Sistemleri (Kale Door-Window Systems) taking into consideration security, functionality and esthetic principles, Kale Turkuaz Aluminum Tilt & Turn System can be assembled quickly; it is user friendly and durable. Kale Turkuaz Aluminum Tilt & Turn System depending on the position of its arm enables a full normal opening from the front or gives you the option of airing from its top by turning its arm upward as desired. This eliminates risky situations for the children through preventing their opening the window by way of turning its handle, thanks to double-security it offers at the airing position.
