Consistent with recent changes experienced in every field both in Turkey and worldwide, Kale Endüstri Holding Human Resources Directorate operates under the mission of leading to implement the applications for those changes and provide new means and processes that comply with the Holding companies’ culture and vision.
Employees of Kale Endüstri Holding stand at the center of the Kale value chain and, thus, hold a very strategical and key position.
Accordingly, each employee in the HR Department of Kale Endüstri Holding works to contribute to the group’ success, develops human resources means, and processes to fulfill the following goals:
